Local-say provides an online platform that connects Local Experience Gurus (the “LEG”) who offer local experience to visitors seeking to purchase such experience (collectively, the “Services”), which Services are accessible at or (collectively, the “Site”). “Local-say” is owned by Quin Creatives Ltd.   • if Local-say or Quin Creatives Ltd., or part of Local-say or Quin Creatives, is acquired by a third party, your information may be part of the transferred assets;

  • in order to enforce the Terms of Service of the Site, Services and Collective Content;
  • if you have connected your account with a third-party service provider (for example social networks), we may provide your limited information (for example your email and name) in order to connect to the third party service and provide you with information about Local-say
